My realization that all his work of inlaying and engraving my pickguard was by hand and not computerized is what prompted me to decide and choose him to embellish my project. Craig was professional from the beginning to the very end not only in his ability as an artist but in his constant updates as to progress of the inlay. I was e-mailed photo's of pre- assembly of the pearl and other materials that we selected for use then sent an e-mail photo of the final product so that I could comment on the piece.
